I am not sure if this has been addressed, but there should be a differentiation between promotions of regular members to other ranks, and switching the Free Company Master.

I say this out of personal angst! I was switching ranks, and demoting inactive members I accidentally promoted one of them to Master. This function should have a big red "are you sure" button. I could have sworn I chose the right rank! So just a small additional button would be appreciated, or just something that reads completely different!
