Bottom line is, in my experience with parser if SCH's heal amount is around 70-75% of WHM assuming both have same level of gear then SCH is definitly on par or even outperformed the WHM by little bit.

WHM isn't going to outST heal a SCH. If the SCH is being beaten by 30%+ then the fight better be very AoE heavy, or the SCH is slacking. WHM has AoE burst healing on SCH, that's about it unless you want to include AoE DPS, which I fully expect to be nerfed.
