Bottom line is, in my experience with parser if SCH's heal amount is around 70-75% of WHM assuming both have same level of gear then SCH is definitly on par or even outperformed the WHM by little bit.

Sorry but that is bullshit ... if the SCH does a good job the WHM has less too heal (SCH also). In my Opinion parsers for heal are garbage (for this game) because the result (party survives an encounter) is important not what which healer was healing ...
There is no "outperforming", both classes work really good together and complemente one another.
