    Reclaim + Steady Hand = 100% gaurantee not losing mats ?

    Reclaim increases chance of not losing mats if syncthesis failed to 90%.
    If it failed while under Steady Hand I or II effect, will the chance increased upto 100% ?

    No -- the answer is no. Steady hand does NOT effect Reclaim.

    There has been multiple instances of people failing with steady hand up and using reclaim and still losing items.
