Launcher Failures

I am still experiencing having both script errors for "element" and "toLowerCase". I've lurked the forums in hopes someone would have a fix, but all the ones listed have failed. I was hopeful that the patch today would fix this issue, but instead it seems to have only added to my problem. I still get the script errors, but now even though it patched it still shows it being the 15th launcher at the top. I have the black screen launcher where I am unable to log in. This has angered me greatly as I had just renewed my sub because I intended to play, the same day this happen and I have been unable to log in since. It is not a ISP problem as I do not use comcast and the game will run fine on other pcs in the house. I shouldn't have to play on another pc to be able to enjoy this game.

List of things I have tried:
Reinstalled by removing all content, restarting the pc and getting a fresh client download.
I've gone into the text file and adjusted the numbers.
I've removed the my games folder entirely in hopes it'd redownload it all.
I have brought IE to the current version as well.
There are other things I have tried, but sadly I cannot recall.

SE, please answer us about this issue, a "hey we're working on it" would be better than silence. I've gone over all the threads with the same problem and they've been sitting like this for a few days now.

What version of Internet Explorer do you have installed?

That was one of the ones I forgot to mention, I'll make a edit of it. I had tried that one as well.

It seems that there have not been any further posts about this concern being an ongoing issue. Because of this, we are considering it to be resolved.
