    Accuracy for Tank gear?

So, 2 weeks ago, I replaced my Darklite legs with Allagan pants/Hoplite Boots. My accuracy is WAY lower now, and I'm noticing that I miss a lot in Turn 4... Makes it tough to hold on to soldiers and knights when this happens..

What should I do? I lost out on over 30 Accuracy points swapping out of Darklite, and I am noticing that most of the iLvl 90 gear is missing accuracy.

Well your best action would be to use DL until you can get the AF2 boots I'd assume. They come with 24 accuracy and will cover some of that gap.

that a bummer , but yea you need to becareful which piece to swap out. i made similar mistake. I brought AF2 PLD glove and lose like 16 acc. goin from DL to i90 stuff, there are some piece that u need to becareful with ex. DL Pant, glove, belt, and some of the accessory. (you can try to buy hero Ring of Fending it give quite a few ACC.

darksteel chest melded with accuracy is probably your best option.

you could switch your bracelet, and your rings for tanking jewlery (darklight bracelet has 9 pts accuracy, and darklight/hoplite combo will give you 20 points.)...and meld some rose-gold ear cuffs with accuracy. (not sure about the accuracy cap for the ear cuffs though)

additionally, you could pray the RNG gods bless you with the allagan chest from turn 1. that would give you an extra ten points of accuracy. if you also get your AF+1 boots, that would also net you another ten points.

i'll be dropping below the cap when i get my af+1 chest next week as well, so i'll be countering that by getting rose gold earcuffs and melding them with accuracy. (have tested this)

Sorry about the Lodestone, I'm showing up in my DPS gear. I have all the Darklite Fending jewelry as well as the Hoplite ring. I think my next Myth piece may end up being the hero's Ring.

At this point though, I am thinking I might need to take off my Heavy Allagan Pants in place of the Darklite again! =( I did replace a Tanking Earring for a DPS one which had Accuracy on it. Next time I log out, i'll be in a Coil Tanking gear set to illustrate. Can't say much at work for current gear un-shown.

ya, i understand. 439 acc was a little startling. i would still go with your AF+1 boots though instead of hero's. you get 10 acc vs 5 acc if you go the ring option. (On a completely different note it seems that warrior is just as coil loot heavy for BiS as paladin.)

but i would likely just have to agree with everyone else and just tell you to switch back to darklight pants for now. if you were a paladin, i would have told you to just go with af+1 pants, but warrior af+1 doesn't have accuracy.

So... in total I lost 32 Accuracy from this "Upgrade" since I put back on my Hoplite Boots. (+11)
AF2 Boots LOOK TERRIBLE with Allagan Pants .. >.< But thats +21 Accuracy, for a boost of +10.
Hero's Ring will give me back another 5..
Hero's Belt gives me back 4...

Even the Heavy Allagan Flanchard give 0 Accuracy! Is the Heavy Allagan Gear flawed?

now that, is a question i cannot answer. not even going to bother with allagan feet (despite them being bis for pallys) as i already have my af+1 in that slot. (not really going to bother with any allagan bar maybe pants, for that matter. might not being going Bis, but i sure as hell am not going to sit around expecting RNG to give me something good.)

Pertaining to OP, this happened to me 2 weeks ago and I can understand your situation. How I worked around it was I crafted dark steel hands and rose gold earrings, put as much accuracy as I could, dyed the hands brown because it matches the color of the allagan pieces (not required), and crafted accuracy food for coil raiding.

It really worked sufficiently for me, until the following week when the allagan chest dropped and I re-worked all my stats and left my accuracy food to rot...
