Reminding SE of the people who arent on the forums complaining

I just want to remind SE and DEVs that most people who like the game wont come on the forums to complain about it and threaten to quit, so before you cater to the 1000~ or so complaining constantly on the forums remember that the other million players are doing just fine. Please don't just cater to the complainers. Research, make good decisions about fixes, nerfs, and buffs!

I just want SE to make the game they want. Whether it be easy or hard I want to be their game ( personally I would love to see hard stuff in the game), but I also want them to make the game not bow down to every forum-goers will.

The whole reason why SE keeps changing things ( at least in the 1.0 era, and in the beta 2.0 forums), is because of the community. Some people want this, other people want that. and they keep changing it back and forth. I just want them to choose a path and stick to it. ( Which I think they are doing judge by the no responses from the devs from time to time).

Edit: There are times I wish they didn't make a forums. In FFXI there was no forums and the game turned out well. ( After 1 expansion pack later)

FFXIV did have a 1.0 forums, and look how the game turned out ( Although I feel it probably would have turned out the same way anyways). Same thing could have after 1 expansion pack later.

To put things in perspective, I checked the member number of someone that registered their forum account this month and it was only around 150,000. So basically 10% of the total registered users as of SE's last report have a forum account. Out of those 150,000 that are registered, I'd venture a guess that 10% of that actually use the forums on a regular basis.

How do you know they're doing just fine? Feedback and constructive criticism are necessary for progression.

I already liked it, but I'll include my two cents just the same. Good job Yoshi, and Team! Great job actually. There is criticism and some of that should be considered like the ones that get many likes (in my opinion at least 200) And thats just to consider it.

Criticism is important, but my gosh constructive criticism is best

So thanks again team as far as I'm concerned keep up the good work, you guys rock and are doing a better job that can be expected of you guys

because FFXIV is the game that players deserves, but not the game the players need right now. So we'll flame it, because SE can take it. Because FFXIV is not our game, it's our stand-in a pleasant realm, a realm reborn.
