Hi everyone. Another new player to FFXIV. Lol, I've been playing since last week and I am enjoying the game a lot. A couple of questions though, I'm at the point where I would to upgrade the gear on my character (she's an R11 Archer), but Gridania seems to not have a lot of stuff in the Markets. Where would you guys recommend to find better gear and other things? I have started crafting, but still low ranking.

Also I am more of a solo/casual player, but I would like to join a LS that is friendly to both. ^^ I do hope to make some friends on this game and don't mind participating in some group quests. Lol.
