I disagree. This is a video game. The whole point of it is clearing the challenges, not skipping through them. What will he do when he's out of content?

What I did was start a LS called "people good at titan". Made my own pugs, and I added to the LS those players who performed well. Eventually I had enough to consistently form very good pugs for titan.

And thaaat's how you clear titan without a FC. Waiting for the stars to align and get 8 random people on point isn't very likely.
