You only need 4 people post-heart (maybe 5 pre-heart depending on Gaol) who knows what they are doing to beat Titan HM, the rest can be carried.

The tank of course, one healer and two DPS (3 DPS pre-heart). I have outlasted Titan with only 4 people alive right after the heart phase, it's gonna to be tough with 3 people unless the tank and the healer is able to break out the DPS out of gaol quick enough.
