Make some friends. Pug until you get lucky. Buy your run. There are a number of viable ways to eventually get past Titan HM. I like that he's a gatekeeper. I like that newcomers who haven't learned to dodge properly are (at least in theory) forced to learn what the game has been encouraging them to do since level three.
I understand people being upset about the lack of content and being frustrated that Titan is the one thing standing between them and what they perceive to be actual content. But, we have new content coming out in December for those like you who don't want to go through other classes, but want new content and can't quite seem to get past Titan and into Coil. Otherwise, you can just bypass Titan via friends or gil and spend your time banging your head against the various Coil Turns instead.
People were selling Coil runs on Excalibur yesterday, first we'd heard of it. Out of curiosity someone in my FC asked, 1 million for a run, plus 400k for each drop.

Don't give up. Keep at it. As others have said, finding a group to keep trying with would be best. That way, even if everyone is learning at first, eventually you'll all get it and finish. With PUGs, you'll almost always have some who are new and learning, and eventually you give up on that run and never see them again. If you have to do a PUG, you will need to start getting more selective in your group. LFM Titan HM, primal weapon or better, full DL, must know fight and have exp in phase 5. Something like that. Basically try and find people in the same situation as you.
Not sure what your gear is. But if you have Garuda weapon and full darklight, nobody is gonna turn you down for Titan.
Honestly, I'd just save up gil to buy a run or just transfer to another world if nothing is keeping you there. On my current world, literally anyone who wants a relic weapon can get one easily. Almost sad, but that's another topic for another day.
I've seen people that won't take you unless you can prove you have a relic weapon on another class, at least. Even then, half of those people prefer people already have relics for the class they are currently on which defeats the purpose.
Frustrating yeah but makes the win all the sweeter.
