    Pet Control

So at the moment the two pet based classes, Summoner and Scholar are my two favorite classes. Unfortunately they also have terribly lackluster control over their pets.

My suggestion is to allow the pet based classes to select which abilities they want their pets to auto cast. This way I can have my fairy heal without having her spam her two minute cooldowns whenever she feels like it. The same applies for keeping Garuda-Egi from extending my dots when I only have two up.

It should be relatively simple to add, just to right or ctrl+right click the pets skills in order to prevent the pet from casting them without you telling them to. These selections would persist until you log off, so that wipes and summoning different pets wouldn't make it so you have to change their skills again.

I believe my suggestion would make pet classes vastly more enjoyable.

I can speak for the summoner pet. Not sure if the scholar pet works the same or not.

When you summon the egi, immediately hit 'Steady'. This will stop your pet from doing anything but follow you around. At the first mob you attack, hit 'Obey' and your pet will only use his auto attack skill. The other skills you can then manually cast yourself. These skills are not affected by your cool downs, you can cast them whenever they are up.

Once you have hit 'Obey', your pet will stay in that mode until you summon another pet.

So after doing some testing, you're right about the Summoner pets, so they're fine. The Scholar however has the issue where if you tell her to Obey she will simply do nothing and stand still until you tell her otherwise.

If you tell her to standby, she will cast her basic heal and not her other moves, but the moment you cast one of her other three abilities she will leave standby.

So if the devs can't change it so that we can choose which abilities are on auto-cast, they should at least make it so that the Scholar pets stay in standby unless you tell them otherwise. This would generally solve the issue.

EDIT: Another option I was thinking of was to allow the Obey function to be cast on party members when using a fairy. Since the command limits the fairy to it's first two skills, this would really help. Having to cast it on an enemy risks her casting some of her other cooldowns.
