Shinra Inc. is currently looking for members to fill our ranks. We were founded by a group of friends who have years of MMO experience playing together. We have a small and tight knit community that enjoys end game PvE content. We require our members to use mumble for voice chat during raids, and our server is usually very active outside of raid times for those who enjoy chatting with others while you play.

Raid Schedule:

Group 1: Monday-Thursday 9pm-12am EST
Group 2: Mon, Wed, Fri, Sun

Recruitment Needs:

The above person is somebody who was recently removed from the guild due his general negative attitude on a daily basis, as well as lack of focus during raids. Yes, it is true we have been having to pug a bit too much the past couple weeks which is why recruitment is currently open. Fersaken is simply trying to create drama out of anger from being removed from the guild.

Lol negative attitude because you were unwilling to call it after an HOUR of looking for a bard? Lack of focus on raids? Really I lead the raids, I set up the silence rotations and such. You can be butt hurt that what I am saying about your FC is true, but don't lie about the reason you removed me. You removed me because you are a child who threw a temper tantrum, and needed someone to blame.

Let me know how raids go good luckk with turn 5 going down. Btw don't trust the word of me send a tell to Mizu Raki to find out why he left the fc.

what Kainz said is true, They don't put the work on progression past turn 4. after we down turn 4, pretty much its the end of the week. no one ever bother showing up on for turn 5, theres only about 2 or 3 people shows up and the rest just a no show or playing LOL.

@kainz: LOL you lead the raids, that is a funny one. We got all of our progression prior to you stepping in to any of those fights. You set up a silence rotation between yourself and the bard and called shit out in vent, boo fucking hoo. If you don't want some form of responsibility then don't raid and certainly don't be a tank. And your attitude was plain bad every night. If you think bitching the whole night is raid leading you are an idiot. And the lack of focus is in reference to your 1 hour long phone calls during raid where you repeatedly fucked up trying to talk on the phone and tank at the same time as well as being unreachable through mumble during a fight. Some of what you said is true, which I am taking steps to correct, but not all of it. Removing you was one of those steps b/c everybody in the raid was fed up w/ you.

@mizu: Yeah we didn't really get to raid a couple Thursdays in a row. We still had plenty of time on turn 5 on Tuesday and Wednesday most weeks. Icy and Riku showing up really late did cause some issues as well which is why I just shifted the raid time slightly. Also icy won't be there anymore. But you have no room to talk, at least kainz is talking shit and is a good player(when he isn't on the phone). Your Scholar play is mediocre at best, I really hope for ATRs sake that you are playing WHM for them. You leaving the fc will end up being a blessing in the long run since your heals and icy's dps was what was holding us back from progressing on turn 5 in the first place. And we only ever play LoL after our raid times, my bad for playing another game outside of ffxiv when I'm not raiding w/ some of my friends.

I think its funny how you call me a sub par player. When the main reason I ever complained was because of your raiders inability to preform.

But yeah I get it man.

I showed up every night, even when you yourself didn't. Me talking on the phone never caused a wipe. That you are lying about.

And your progression is at best laughable. We wiped what 4 times on the ADS boss at the beginning of the instant. Then wiped once to the snake? The past three weeks we spent close to 4 hours of wiping on Turn 2..... Yeah it was because of me right? I'm not going to attack you like you did me, what I will say is you lead by example, and constantly being late or not showing up at all with no word is a terrible example.

The only way you were able to get to 50% on Turn 5 was with the sleep conflag method. And no you won't change anything, you are high and might in your own world.

As far as I am concerned, I know I am a good player, I also know you will call be a bad player with no proof to support that. Its human nature
