You know, a lot of these problems could have been mitigated if they added zone specific servers... and performed maintenance at times relevant to the server's zone. That's all I'm sayin', it would also really make recruitment for FC's much simpiliar.

I hope your clowning on the fact that they already do this. Friday morning is when they do the scheduled weekly maintenance (Friday....Really?) They just have it every other day too.

Unfortunately, im on the West Coast of the US, so the maintenance screws with me every time. Not saying they should change that for just the few timezones that are affected, but a rotating schedule of different times would be ideal, since it would screw with everyone equally instead of just screwing one group over and over.

I live on the west coast as well and most maintenances don't affect me one bit. In fact I'm usually heading off to bed after they're due to happen. I'm pretty sure SE has some kind of tracking metric on when the most people are playing to make their decisions on when they schedule their maintenances. You (speaking of the minority in general) just happen to be the odd one out.
