Actually, it's good that they're doing this tonight. Supposedly, there's a fix due for some coil chests and the drops/rates.

Has anyone sat down and figured out how long you need to complete a set of gear with current mythology throttle?

Yeah, I usually just accept that it's fate and play something else. It's not the end of the world.

But you know what it is? Lazy. There are so many HA technologies available to choose from that letting a service go completely offline for maintenance in 2013 (almost 2014!) is just pretty poor engineering.

You know SE... on Mondays like you know right when you reset the cap and Bahamut's Coil.

Many groups are eager to farm out their Mythology cap to get their cool new piece of gear... Or make their runs through Coil and open their boxes...

This is the 2nd week in a row that there has been maintenance on Monday night.

Now I don't suggest weekend maintenance at all but um... later in the week when people are already capped, or have finished up their coil routine for the week... Might be a better time.

Because the maintenance is about fixing an issue with coil, and some people will be opting to wait until after the maintenance to run as a result. Better to do it earlier in the week than later.

I do Coil Tues, Primals for FC Wed, and Relic help nights Thurs, fri/sat/sun ?? sometimes have to leave town. So losing monday 2hrs after I get off work PST kinda sucks.

It's more that this is the 2nd week in a row PST gets hit monday, lastweek it was 8pm so that really sucked, glad it's at least 11pm now

Cheapest Myth purchase: Thiv Mist @ 300 Tomes (3 Req Relic +1, Holy Shield +1 300/Curtana +1 600)

2 Weeks per Feet/Hands/Head/Accessories - 3 weeks per Body/Legs/Weapon

For Myth Bodies/Legs: 6 weeks
For Relic +1 Weapons = 3 weeks
For Myth Feet/Hands/Head/Accessories: 12+/- weeks

21~23 weeks or roughly 5 months to full gear a single Job in Myth (anyone currently in full or near full myth are probably the people that got the myth tome cap resets in the first few weeks)

Totaling: 140ish Weeks or 2.8 years at the current rate to Gear in full Myth (on all Jobs).

3+/- weeks per Body -> 27 weeks

3+/- weeks per Legs -> 27 weeks

2+/- weeks per Hands -> 18 week

2+/- weeks per Head -> 18 weeks

2+/- weeks per Accessory (5 sets casting/healing/slaying/fending/aiming with ring/wrist/ear/belt/neck) - or 2 weeks x 5 pieces x 5 sets or -> 50 weeks
