Quest Star-Crossed Rivals

So, I'm not sure if this is the right place to even post this but the level 25 pugilist class quest Star-Crossed Rivals on the server Ultros seems to be bugged it has been this way for the past 5 days I've sent multiple in game reports on it and so has other players that ive came across having the same problem. I would very much appreciate some help regarding this issue.
