    Worst customer service EVER!!!!

    LET IT BE KNOWN! if they mess up your bank account at anytime or double charge you for any reason there is nothing they will do to help other than provide you with crappy info. the CS rep told me to go to a local store and get a game time card that isnt a option for some players as per we may live 50 miles from such a store. i will copy and paste what one such chat rep told me!

    You: to chk my card number and try again i did and the second time it locked my bank account
    You: but my card info was spot on

    Agent Melinda S: You can purchase an Ultimate Game Pre-paid card from www.ultimategamecard.com, or at local stores such as Walmart, Target, Gamestop, etc. There should be a list of local stores on the website. With the Ultimate Game Card, you can purchase Crysta off the Square Enix Account Management site http://account.square-enix.com in order to pay for the subscription.

    Lol 1. Those $1 fees are very common a lot of online stores use it to see if ur account has money then they refund it just as that SE CS said.
    2. Why did $1 authorization fees freeze ur account? That's your financial institutions fault. Who the fuck freezes a account for that? That's not SE to blame.
    3. If ur quiting this game cuz of this. Then I feel sad for you. Have fun in wow.

    Edit. Oh and if my account was frozen I would call my bank not SE. If your bank tells you to contact SE instead. Get a new bank? This whole situation shoulda been like this.

    Your account freezes
    You call bank
    Bank verifies with you the $1 authorization fees from SE is valid
    Bank unfreeze your account.
    Problem solved.

    Lol yes I have and I see nothing wrong with SE CS in YOUR post. Your jus mad they don't compensate for freezing ur account and it's not even their fault. Cs merely suggested to get a game card if u have problems with ur bank. CS told u they don't compensate for this kind of situation get the hint . CS was not rude to you CS tell u what CS should. CS bid farewell to u after asking if there's anymore problems but u jus keep on saying shit like why no compensation lol. So yah u have no other problems so bye.
