I have had the game since launch but I had to choose a server that isnt in my exact time zone because of all the server problems. I also wasnt subscribed during october so I missed the free transfers are there any other ways to server transfer?

You can purchase it from the mog station I believe.

On the other hand, you might make a plea with S-E customer support. They handle many such cases and have returned phials of phantasia and reversed server changes before, under the pretext that the player made a mistake when doing it. Some examples are clicking the wrong buttons, or mistaking the name of a server a friend is on. I would prepare some proof though, in case they investigate you more closely. Have specific dates (end of subscription, date of creation for character, etc) and proof of purchase ready to speed it along.
