Something needs to be done about the people who DC on pourpose!

I run DF a lot and time and time again I will see someone say "awww.... man this place again!". And the next thing you know they go DC hoping that the party will kick them so they can get out of the 30min DF penalty queue. Something needs to be done about this!

Really not much that can be done, as it is difficult for the game to tell if they DC'd because they closed the game or there was an error or a connectivity issue.

You can report them, Square-Enix should be able to investigate if they intentionally logged out, or were dc'ed.

um still a way around that just reset your router or cut net to you pc or console will aooear the same as any dc

If you report them maybe they will see if that person has a pattern of doing so.

Just wait for them, they usually don't wait too long to get back on and find you didn't kick them or abandon. This works especially well in lower level dungeons since in most cases you can move on without them.

I usually wait until trash is cleared until I kick. If you are kicked with a DC it should give you the debuff too as long as you had enough time to reconnect.

Kind of SE's fault for not balancing all the dungeons. Some can be done 20+ minutes quicker than others in DF pts. If you are farming myth etc you want a fast run. I usually do this in DF early morning hours since there are not many PF speedrun groups open.

It's easy enough to crash the client on PC so can't really be tracked.

IF I don't want to be there. I would just jump out. like I did the other day.

I queued up for the wrong roulette and did about 1/2 before I was like no I'm done.

I didn't ask to be kicked I just left and said I needed to be someone else. Which was 1/2 true. The people that Ask to be kicked I always do harassment.
