Actual skill? Are you serious? This is a GCD based MMO, skill doesn't even come into this. Gear is all that matters.

If you consider maintaining your optimal rotation while avoiding red stuff to be skill I suppose. Really it's just repetition and situational awareness, basically can you avoid tunnel vision.
