    Who need a hairdresser really? When so many things that goes wrong could be fixed easily.
    Content exp grinding related:

    Fates & Fates again. I mean, I really don't miss the party system from XI, especially when you see the discrimination betwin jobs, but seriously camping fates is ridiculous. Its just a mess where everyone mindlessly spam their AoE over & over again. To fix that you could either do:
    • Make the exp dropped from open world monsters a little bit higher (somewhere like 30-40%) and raise the level of some of them.
    • Make the monsters inside the dongeons drop coffers with relevant gears for the level of the dungeons, to attact players and to make the dongeons appealing.

    I know it sound silly but this would make some players happy, just by giving them a choice betwin fates or exp party. Another thing that make fates bad is the fact you’re too busy trying to rush your AoE everywhere that you don’t even have the time to try & socialize well. That’s a shame.

    Tomestones was a good idea, however you did not do right with the limitation. 300 ToM per week was an idea but you should have thought about it a little bit more. Because of these days mentality, we are expected to have multiple jobs levelled up if we want to join a group to keep progressing.
    This being said, why should we be bound to 4 to 6 months tomestones farming just for one job? That’s beyond ludicrous. With 300 ToM/week we can not even afford a single earring or ring (375 ToM) that’s just outrageous.
    What you could do instead:
    • Raise the amound of ToM gained at the end of a Dongeon, 30 > 50, and increase the cap to 500, as well as the price of the gears, i.e: Head 495 > 510, Body 825 > 840 Accessories 375 > 385. Do the math, you will see that, while this is an increase in gain of ToM, we’re still bound to do our weekly 10 WP/AK, but that we can now get at best one piece of gear per week if done logicaly. Same goes of the +1 Relic item, 300 > 420.

    Notorious Monsters:
    Some players want them back, some don’t, I personally see that as a threat more then benefice to the player base, why? Because of your never ending balance and because of the players mentality.
    Normal notorious monsters are needed, for every level from 10 to 50, in every zones, yes please.
    But no more place holder like in the XI, no more “Spawn every 3 to 9 hours” either, that was beyond ridiculous as well.
    Make NMs that pop every 1h, which drop reasonable gears or side improvement: Hello Mysticmaker Profiblix, Mee Deggi the Punisher (hated that one.. 1/143 for the drop) and I pass.
    These were good NMs, they would drop gears that you would keeps for a long time and their drop while being not to over powered were really consistent! Rare or Rare/ex, no one would really care as the monster would pop every 1h. The drop rate would have to be thought as well, because as mentioned above, 1/143 for Mee Deggi was just painful, anyone would have given up.

    HNMs:
    As I said in many post, these should not come back unless the gears dropped is equal to what you can get from ToM.
    I really don’t care if some people have the time to camp monsters such as HNMs and if there is a Bots war betwin FCs, I really don’t, do it as much as you want, just don’t make the gear dropped something that would become a requirement. Most of us don’t want to be told “You can’t join our raid because you don’t have X gear dropped by Y HNMs that can pop every hours in a 3 days window.
    The problem is not about not wanting competition, it’s about not wanting to be bossed around by people who have no life & want my life to be as miserable as their own, and to get a piece of gear to be considered one of their bros, simple as that.

    ZNM & KI’s NM:
    Do it, you could use FFVI as an inspiration for the storyline, you can probably use something like FFX “Coliseum” where we need to catch monster for a crazy professor from the Garlemald empire, who make nasty experiment to create new monsters with their DNA, you could do that very easily, it would be fun to go out in the open world with your FC to try & catch monsters. That Professor could give you a new bestiary that indicates which monsters needs to be trapped, with a Tier similar to VWNMs.
    Of course, each new monster created would drop a new piece of crafting material, and the professor would give you rewards if you can defeat his creations.
    Der Richter was a good one too and Crusader from VI as well, you can easily assimilate these and put them into XIV, they would be fun and challenging.

    Dongeons:
    While its easy to appreciate them, as it look like FFXI assaults, there are a few things that need to be looked at:
    /tells, why did you disable /tells inside dungeons? I don’t know I ask. Why can’t we access our Friend list as well, this is a real handicap. We should be able to send/receive /tells and invite our friends into an instance, that would fix the problem of someone bailing or disconnecting.

    You really need to look forward to decide what you want to do with that Job. If I could would personally look into these improvements:
    1. Tomahawk: Decrease the resistance of the target to slashing by 40-50% for 15-20-sec, it would increase WAR damage on said target, while increasing its enmity as well.
    2. Berserk: Make its duration longer please.
    3. Defiance: Increase the stack of rage from 5 to at least 10, remove the damage penalty or reduce it to 10-15%.
    4. Steel Cyclone: Increase its potency to 350 and add a knock back effect to it.
    5. Foresight: Make use of all this VIT we’re stacking on WAR, you could make this ability raise a % of damage reduced using our VIT.
    6. Thrill of Battle: Reduce its cool down, give it +5-10%.
    7. Inner Beast: Increase its potency and its chance to critic, remove the cool down.
    8. Overpower: Reduce the cost of TP, 140 is too much, increase its potency.
    These change to WAR, increase the its DPS, while still leaving it as tank.

    BRD:
    You shouldn’t nerf it more than it was already done, the people who complain about how BRD is powerful are bad players who cannot play their job properly, let’s face it. Once BRD will be nerfed they will jump on the BLMs & say that its too powerful and then ask for BLM to be nerfed.
    Seriously there is no reason for BRD to be nerfed more, a good MNK or DRG can easily outdamage a BRD.

    New jobs: I believe that we really don’t need new tank for now, I know that you want to stay away from FFXI’s mechanics, however you may need to look forward to add jobs with similarities for players to enjoys new classes/jobs.
    I think that for now we need buffing jobs and a truly enfeebling job, I like the way the game is for that matter, but I find it funny that PLD & BRD get a silence motion for example. The FFXI RDM was something fun to play, maybe too powerful at time, but it can be easily done without that excess of power in XIV.
    We would also appreciate to have more choice of talent available, 4 choices from 2 subclass is not enough in my book. Maybe allow a choice of 6 betwin 4 classes would do it? Seems balanced to me.
    I am not going to say which job should come back 1st because its a matter of preference, I personaly would like to see DRK BLU RDM & THF come back soon.

    Relics/Relics+1 AFs/ToM-AFs/AF2:
    I don’t know if I am the only one, but I personaly feel like there is something lacking here.
    Like traits that would augment the job of the wearer, FFXI had that and it was great.
    I don’t know, I feel that these items are plain, with just a boost in DEF and stats. Why don’t you add something suchs as (WAR AF head: Increase the duration of Berserk by 5 secs/+20 Determination under the infuriated state) etc?
    Also give that kind of enhancement to the Relics & relics +1
    • Relic: 1 enhancement
    • Relic+1: Major enhancements
    I don’t know, make the relics feel like they are relics, not just a weapon with more Stats buff & bigger base damage..
