My group uses a similar method posted by Ryoko, except 1 is our healer, 2 and 5 are Bard, another healer at 4 and caster at 3. Our healers doesn't move except for dodging stuff, the dps will go grab the rot from them, beside being on mumble we also focus target on the member that we need to get rot from. If the tank gets the rot our melee with grab it and pass to any of the bard that he is closest to.

In a PUG that I join, they used Mishaela method, except it's all range party except tank, so the healer was the one infront in the middle while the rest of the dps and healer are at the back.

My group had actually tried the stacking method as well but found that it doesn't work well for us due to the different reaction time for each players, every time we tried to dodge piercing laser while stacking someone will always die, I think we wasted a few days using this method before we decide to change to non-stacking and we got better result straight away.
