A few changes i would like to see, comment.

20- remember one more, that is alot of cases in with my smn dot or brd dots, wont apply on the target, and its not only me, many ppl on my fc is talking about the same thing, already happens to me in witch a i had to use 4 venomous bite in a row to finally apply the dot, and trust me i didn't missed the atks as u may say.

you can not replace a dot with a lesser potent one, maybe that is your problem
as you are BRD let's see an example:
if you pop up a dot and then use straight shot, the dot will not be buffed by it
if you have 2 sec left on straight shot buff and pop up a dot, it will be buffed for whole 18 sec
if you have such buffed up dot and doesn't have straight shot buff, you wont be able to replace such dot unless you buff yourself up or the dot expires
