Dice Roll or Random Number Command?

Is there a way to generate random numbers or dice rolls that everyone can see? Many MMOs have a feature similar to this, whether its an actual item that generates it (usually dice) or a slash command.

Any help, either with the method or a confirmation that there is none, would be greatly appreciated. Thank you.

I tried a lot of commands during the beta and after release. Nothing worked. Also there is no random number related command listed in commands.
