3 month sub items not added to inventory from mail

So I just got my 3 month sub items in my moogle mail, and when I clicked to take them out it didn't put them in my inventory, it only said they were removed from the mail. So now I don't have my beady eye or mount. This is not the first time an item wasn't placed in my inventory from an NPC, I submitted a gm report a few days back about not getting a training manual I purchased from the GC in my inventory and I was never helped. I want this resolved ASAP as I've been looking forward to finally getting the mount, and frankly I'm just sick of nothing in this game working as it should. Here are screens showing it wasn't placed in my inventory:
