Advice on Crafting High level 1-2 Star Items

    Hey Forums,

I would like some rotation advice or even a macro system that will help me get more spiritbond gear made (AKA 1 star militia items)

I have maxed all DoH skills but only have blank HQ gear without materia, only some of my gear is socketed.

i just want to see if my GSM can do some of the items with what i have.
    currently, 348 Craft, 334 Control, 327 CP.

can someone please give me some advice on what type of rotation is used for 40 Dura 1 star and 40 Dura 2 star with minimum/accepted gear check/CP use, Highest HQ chance is best without too much RNG.

I see the 80 dura rotation for 2 star is pretty much set so i'll use that AFTER i have made the money/materia (from spiritbonding) needed to raise my gear to the accepted levels.

    Thank you~

I just finished all 8 crafts to 50 a couple days ago. Check out the end of the 2-Star 100% Quality thread, I posted the rotation I am currently using atm. I was guarantee'ing 100% Quality on 1-star with that in max unmelded HQ LVL. 45 gear/offhand and max melded LVL. 50 accessories. It also seems to work for 2-star so far with max HQ AF with no melds as well.

    CZ >> IQ >> WN >> SH2 >> BTx5 >> SH1 >> ST >> Innovation >> Ingenuity II >> GS > BB > CS2 > CS2 > CS2

I have 333 Craftsmanship, 326 Control and 339 CP the rotation only requires 335 CP though.

If you don't have 335 CP melded yet you can use NQ Stone Soup from NPC at Buscarron Druthers' inn to make up the difference.

It also has room for an upgrade as well, if I need a bit more quality to be safe I could pop a Stone Soup and upgrade the ST at the end to and AT. Though I think if the rotation is already getting me this high the most efficient way I can keep it reliable is to upgrade my control on AF/offhand melds.

Not having to watch food timer on crafting is actually kind of nice.

So far all the rotations I see can be condensed to a few tricks.

They don't seem to want you to replace basic touch with advanced touch at end game. It's like a one off skill you use in rare opportunities or at final use with blessing. Chances are you are doing like I was and building a simplified action bar with the best skills you have to complete a synthesis. As you can tell it isn't working. I've tried everything under the sun to make it work and it's a no go.

Basic touch with steady Hand II will work every time, has a 100% efficiency and uses 24 CP. Advanced touch has 150% efficiency but uses 52 CP. 2x Basic is 48 CP and 200% efficient. I guess the kindest way to put it, it isn't 1.00 crafting where we weren't babysitting a CP bar.
