Steps:
Once my party head defeated the boss in the basement of Haukke Manor they boss dropped an item to disable the Sealed Barrier to get to the second floor, but the item wont let us pick it up OR highlight it although we can plainly see it laying there. So now we cannot finish the dungeon or progress the story!
