So a few turn 5 groups including myself have been experience a weird adjustment with conflag/fire. Last week and now it has been going off a different times or even at exactly the same time.

Did this change? or could it be an error....anyone having this problem?

All of Twintania's abilities have their own timers which can be offset or pushed back depending on her ability usage surrounding phase transitions. This is why some groups will choose particular moments to push Twintania to certain health %s.

What's likely happening is your dps is getting better and you're pushing through those first couple of phases more quickly. It's happened a couple of times to us, but then our dps got better still and it didn't happen anymore.
