I was wondering if anyone has ever brought up the issue where if you're in the middle of an attack animation, that you can't do anything until the motion follows all the way through. For certain mobs where timing/position makes a big difference, it's a real pain.

The mobs that require me to watch their actions and react accordingly in games are the the battles I find most rewarding when I know I've defeated something due to tactics instead of zerging with 1-1-1-4-1-1-2 spam when most of my attention is on TV. But not being able to do what I want, when I want to just because I'm in a middle of an attack ruins the whole thing.

I could in reality just sit there, wait for the next action of mob and see what it does so that I can either just attack it back, or move around as needed. However, that would just double my time to kill it.

In all the MMO's I've played, I don't think this has ever been an issue with this since most games that require strategies runaway allow you to do so immediately. With the upcoming battle changes, I was wondering if the dev team could also look into this.

I also tried looking through the dev tags but couldn't find something that fit under this. If anyone has a suggestion what tag to put it under, please reply.
