In an effort to make the game more responsive I have removed all graphical options available to me on a PS3. I do not even show my own animations. I have port forwarded and have wired the beast as well as ensuring this is the only device connected to the router.

I have played on both ps3 and PC, aside from fates, the ps3 version works just fine.

With what your suggesting .. you make is sound that SONY deliberately mandated that SE publish a game for the PS3 intentionally not to work on the PS3 hardware.

This in the USA would be fraudulent practices and would be subject to a CLASS ACTION LAW SUIT. Considering the following information that can be found on any financial or gaming website.
