    Raldo's suggestion is probably the way to go. Though if Sanguine Scepters are a bit too pricy for your tastes, you could find a decently geared and generous Goldsmith to craft it for you by handing over a Pinprick Pebble, Darksteel Nugget, 2 Wind Crystals and 1 Fire crystal.
