Achievment reward assistance

Yes, I am the account handler and I am needing customer assistance for one my accounts. TuTone Capone on Malboro. I need assistance with the Grand Company Hunting Log for Gridina. All 3 ranks have been completed and I have not received the reward mammet minion. I have carefully read over looking for any directions on completing anything else, but there is no information to be found in game if it goes straight to your ability list, mail box, inventory, or key items. I did a couple checks to make sure before reporting this but I would like some assistance with receiving this item please.
