Unable to take gathering leves past Level 10 (25 MIN)

As the title says, at the Adventurer's Guild or any of the camps that have leves above level 10 (Drybone, Quarrymill, etc) I can't take any of the Gathering leves. However, I can take them with any of my DoW or DoM classes. When I talk to the Levemete it just says I need to be a DoW or DoM class to accept the leves.

Is there something I'm missing? I'm able to accept leves near Mor Dhona with my 50 BRD so I'm thinking it's something I have to unlock with Miner. However I've already done the class quest up to 25.

You have to first unlock the leves which sounds like you did. After that you need to realize that not every place that issues you a leve will have a gathering/crafting levequest, this page will show you a list of where to go to get the leves in order to lv. up

Yes not EVERY leve spot has DOL quests, not enough in my opinion

You should still be able to accept leves at Drybone (level 15). You may need to unlock leves at the camp there. After that, the fieldcraft leves follow the quest the main storyline took past 15. You have Quarrymill for 20-25, Costa Del Sol for 30, Observatorium for 35, Whitebrim for 40, and Saint Coinach's Find for 45.
