Live streaming gameplay

I am not sure if this is the correct place to post this, otherwise, please move it.
Anyways, in older threads of mine I talked about my girlfriend. She is sick, and has trouble playing sometimes. With the pace of the endgame, she just cannot keep up and has given up on the main storyline. During the winter she is mostly bedridden and cannot really sit behind her pc, or mine, to watch me play.
I wonder if there are some ways to livestream my gameplay to the bedroom.
I have a HD TV there, and a PS3 what is connect to the entire network. I stream normal movies/media via a PS3 Media server. But it doesn't work live.
Does anyone have an idea to make it so she can look at the screen from her bed while I play in the adjectend room on my pc?
