Cool. Have a suggestion to make them harder? I haven't seen any yet. Just a suggestion to make them slower. But why make the current ones harder? Why not suggest new dungeons to be added that are harder than our current ones?
Sure, add more content.
This idea just makes getting to the place the top guys are, even longer (and more boring). By syncing gear you remove the primary reason to get gear in the first place.
OP = Elitist = guy who wants to spoil the game for everybody by forcing everybody to play HIS way, i.e. as it were an unpaid job with no fun whatsoever.
Dude this is a forum not a democracy :P who cares how many are against me i can still voice my opinion.
Completion time and difficulty are not the same thing. Stop mistaking a time sink as difficulty.
Mechanics are difficult, doing less damage is not.
When it comes to game changes the devs disagree. If more people hate something than support something there's no way they're going to implement it. Feel free to voice your opinion no one hear is saying you can't just know your opinion isn't shared by the majority.
The issue with your "opinion" is even with this "change" everything in FFXIV:ARR would still be a face roll. If you think this would make it harder, you are terrible.

There are things called real life, family and job that prevents us from spending 7 days a week at the coil.
Being there by playing 2 days a week with a linkshell is quite an achievement for us.
The irony. You complain about not having time but instead of wanting something to be more difficult you ask for the time it takes to complete things to be longer. This boggles my mind.
