I live in SW US, nowhere close to servers and almost never lag.The only logical conclusion one can make is that he does not understand the issue that the OP described. Players who make condescending remarks have typically never experienced the lag/delay issue because they live close to a server. The issue described is an accepted bug by devs:

Unfortunately many people get a rise out of calling other players bad and enjoy thinking that they are better at the game than someone who struggles due to lag.
The majority of you just need to accept that you're bad at Titan, and stop blaming the server lag that rarely affects anyone.
Seriously though, way to many players in AF gear and i-lvl 45/below gear que for this in hopes to be carried. (they are proving to be way to heavy to often) If you put an in-game item level check in order to que, there will be more victorious DF ques for Titan HM.....

Clearly reading is something very challenging for you. If you visit the link I provided, you'd see that it affects quite a few people. But feel free to continue to pretend that you are better at the game than others.

Gonna go out on a limb and say this is what is happening to you if its consistently happening. It might be lag once in a while, sure, but if this supposed "lag" you only experience in titan, you aren't dodging fast enough. Btw, if a plume spawn on you, you dont have to time to run all the way out, and cast a complete spell before the cast bar goes off. Start casting a spell? Sure, complete a non instant casted spell before the cast bar completion after running out of one? No.

The imgur link is an unedited print screen I took of pause during the video. You can clearly see that although it does appear the character is clear of the void zone before the animation goes off, you can clearly see that with the cast bar at roughly 90% full, he's still got 1/4 of the way to go. Yes this game is not wow, there is an inherent .3 second sever check/lag associated with everything currently. The game does not require massive bandwith to run, on average you're probably pushing like 30-50kb/s up and 20-100kb/s down at any given time. There is a reason there are people who can consistently dodge titan mechanics and people who can't. Not saying this is directly the case with you, but I have a feeling some people just have a hard time accepting that they aren't good enough or haven't practiced enough to compensate for this .3 delay that WE ALL deal with, and thus, blame their poor play on lag. Quite frankly I'm sick of it.

People in my FC think it's the way the game is designed. You have to memorize the rotation and have to be moving before the ability is cast because there is simply not enough time to run out if you are standing in the middle of a puddle.
I think it's a little silly to have unescapable aoe in the game (ie reaction time can't save you) but the evidence certainly supports the idea that it was designed that way.
Speaking solely about WotL: without lag it is quite easy to run out using only reaction time after seeing the ground aoe spawn. With lag, it can be impossible to run out, depending on the severity of the lag.
I have had instances where I was 1 step outside of a WotL circle and not get hit (no lag). And I've had instances where I was nearly a full diameter out of a WotL circle but still got hit (extreme lag).
I will often relog if the lag is severe. The difference in difficulty between the two scenarios I described is tremendous. The fight is a joke without lag.
