<FE> Recruiting BARD for 3night/week schedule

Forced Entry, a newly formed Free Company on the Zalera server, is looking for intelligent and motivated players to bolster our raiding roster. We have currently cleared Turns 1-4 of The Binding Coil of Bahamut, and are gearing up to defeat Turn 5. Our raid schedule is Tues/Weds/Sun @ 9 EST. Raids usually go for ~3 hours with a 5-10 minute break at the halfway mark.

Here’s what we are currently looking for:

Bard

All of our raid slots are competitive, if you feel you're an exceptional player and would like to play with focused, like minded players then drop us a line.

* Have all optimal cross class abilities.
** Having a properly geared secondary job is a huge bonus, but not required.
*** Ventrilo is required for raids, and a willingness to communicate is essential.

Full Darklight gear and Relic weapon required. Having some Allagan/AF2 gear is preferred.

About Us:
While we tend to be very laid back in general, raids are a serious environment. We treat each other with respect, but we expect everybody to play their best and to focus on self-improvement.
We are all very level-headed players, and when feedback needs to be given out, we understand that it is for the benefit of the team. Drama is not desired or tolerated here.

Loot has not been an issue for us. We do have a system in place wherein certain players have priority on "off spec" loot because they are sometimes asked to play a different job during certain raids. Not many main jobs compete for loot and as it stands now - we're pretty easy going about it. Members will typically discuss which piece is most beneficial to each other, with a roll-off occasionally being the deciding factor. We’re all on the same team, so loot is distributed evenly for the most part.

About You:
Can you grasp the big picture - understand encounter mechanics as a whole rather than just your own personal role? We're looking for players with high situational awareness and general perception. The ability to react quickly to unfavorable conditions is very important to our raid success. Mistakes happen, but being able to quickly recognize an issue and adapt to it is crucial. If these traits describe you, we are very interested in hearing from you!

We consider ourselves to be a pretty fun bunch of people. Free Company chat can get a little salty, so if you are easily offended you might not fit in with us. Likewise, if you can’t handle a liberal amount of sarcasm and good-natured ribbing, you probably won’t enjoy our company.
