Although it seems like you can never satisfy your fanbase (English especially), you are definitely working hard at making this game better, no only for us, but for yourselves. Turning this into a Final Fantasy-worthy title is no big deal, its a HUGE deal.

We are all here to help out as well, and its been great seeing the community reps taking in out feedback and suggestions and forwarding them to the dev team. Confirmation like that isn't that common with many other MMORPGs that are out. Its as if we are all making this game together.

We have good suggestions, and we have some bad ones, but do not be afraid to say no. As much as we want this game to succeed, we want this game to be your game, because that is why we play it. I have much faith in everyone working on making this game better, that is including members on the forums providing suggestions. Thank you everyone, and let us continue to bring this game up to live its title.

nice try. it isn't trolling to say that the majority of players(the ones that left) would be better business to listen to over the few that stayed. if there is more of them then there is of us then they should have just as much say. i am sorry if ruins the rainbow and lollipops thinking of the people that love the game should be the only one with opinions, but it is not realistic. the post was not a troll, but an honest observation after seeing someone say if you do not love the game they do not care what they have to say.

as i have said before i care just as much what the people that love the game as i do the ones that do not. i want the game better with higher population and this will not happen by listening to only the few people that still play. did i agree with the make the game like xi posts? no. do i agree with the make it more like wow and rift? no. i may not agree with people on points, but their opinion is just as valid as mine.

TBH I get fedup with the amount of people here who continue to say they enjoy something such as GuildTasks!, its annoying! :P And no, I dont expect SE to be listening, im not posting for that, im posting same reason you post nice things, to express my opinion, then I reply to your nice comment for the same reasons you reply to my evil comment.

If you fell over and hurt your leg, would you find it easier to get up with everyone who lives in your neighborhood running over to harass you about falling over? Or would you be so down about it that you'd just sit there because, who gives a crap at that point?

Positive and negative feedback are good. Abusive feedback is not. Trolling and whining does not help they game, they don't need to be told they've had 9 months, they are aware of this. They do not need to be told there are things that have been suggested from Alpha and are still not in, they know this too. Stating the obvious in a negative way is nothing more than trolling.

I hate the state the game is in, and I think there has been a really rough past, but I don't stomp around these forums whining negatively about things. That's not going to help the game. This is just a game, if you don't like it then leave. If you do, then shut up unless you have something constructive to say, Yoshi-P and SE will get to things when they can. Tanaka botched the whole thing with poor quality control in all departments, coding being one. And fixing that is not simply an overnight project.

Thank you Community Rep team as well. You have handled the good and the bad, put up with the bulk of us, and helped make this a better place outside of the game. Helping maintain that open communication with a sense of personality is a great step in a happy gaming community.

Hey it takes a lot of hours to make the changes we demand. Perhaps to help the Devs out they could put up a sticky thread for suggestions and take a tally for the ones that have the biggest demand. Keep up the good work folks!

if they do this I would like to chime in with 2. FF canon names (Lancer - dragoon, Thaumaturge - Red Mage, Pugilist - Thief) and... Simple but useful starter recipes for the DoH's (eg: Alchemist being able to make a 100hp potion to start)

Alchemists should have been able to make potions from the start. lol I guess that would have destroyed the need to have a healer though.

Anyways, i hope they continue to work hard on FFXIV and never give up on it. If the new SE MMO isn't an Ivalice world, try making FFXIV into something very similar. D: The main reason i play FFXIV is because I really really love Akihiko Yoshida's art style, and I love the armor design, etc.
