I have seen the transition for FFXIV since it's been launch last yeat till now. I can say that the devs really put in a good job to get the game to where it is now but there are always rooms for improvement. Keep up the good work, ganbaru ^^

omg are you really going to go crazy over the actual numbers. it doesn't matter if it is 10k 20k 30k or 100k and none of us know because they removed the option to see active members in game. unless the number is over 250k, which we all know it is nowhere near there, then my point is just as valid. the validity is that over a half million copies were sold and more people have left than are still in game. that would make them the majority however you want to split hairs and say it's not 30k it's 30,001.

you also have to remember those active players are not even all individual accounts. for example i have 2 characters on karnak and one is used as nothing more than a mule. i also know people with 5 or more extra characters.

nice try. it isn't trolling to say that the majority of players(the ones that left) would be better business to listen to over the few that stayed. if there is more of them then there is of us then they should have just as much say. i am sorry if ruins the rainbow and lollipops thinking of the people that love the game should be the only one with opinions, but it is not realistic. the post was not a troll, but an honest observation after seeing someone say if you do not love the game they do not care what they have to say.

as i have said before i care just as much what the people that love the game as i do the ones that do not. i want the game better with higher population and this will not happen by listening to only the few people that still play. did i agree with the make the game like xi posts? no. do i agree with the make it more like wow and rift? no. i may not agree with people on points, but their opinion is just as valid as mine.

I have no problems admitting that I love this game. I love its people, its players, its atmosphere, its lore, its scenery, its political conflicts... And for all that, I do look past the lack of goals and major content. I have a great linkshell to adventure with and a character I'm comfortable with.

With every update the developers make, the game improves. And having stayed since the official release, I am not about to leave now in these changing times.

Although it seems like you can never satisfy your fanbase (English especially), you are definitely working hard at making this game better, no only for us, but for yourselves. Turning this into a Final Fantasy-worthy title is no big deal, its a HUGE deal.

We are all here to help out as well, and its been great seeing the community reps taking in out feedback and suggestions and forwarding them to the dev team. Confirmation like that isn't that common with many other MMORPGs that are out. Its as if we are all making this game together.

We have good suggestions, and we have some bad ones, but do not be afraid to say no. As much as we want this game to succeed, we want this game to be your game, because that is why we play it. I have much faith in everyone working on making this game better, that is including members on the forums providing suggestions. Thank you everyone, and let us continue to bring this game up to live its title.
