as a PLD what all do i need to be ready for end game?

the short mean answer is if you have to ask, then you're not ready.

Breaking level 50 content up:
Farming Philo (ilv50+ all armor, ilv40+ accessories)
Primals (Ifrit / Garuda) ... (ilv50+ all armor, ilv40+ accessories, ilv50 weapon)
Farming Myth (ilv55+ all armor, ilv55+ Weapon)
Primal (Titan) ... (ilv60 weapon, ilv60+ all armor)
Coil (ilv60~70 armor, ilv70 accessories, ilv80 weapon)

I haven't done Titan yet, but the hardest thing so far was getting a party together for Chimera and Hydra. If you have alot of friends or a big FC it shouldn't be a problem. Remember to go back to the waking sands to get the missions for each primal HM. It's kind of vague in the journal and a lot of people ask where to get them! As you grind, make sure you are ready to jump into your current primal HM for your relic quest in the duty finder. Reason being that you may be in mor dhona grinding whatever and see a pug getting together for the primal you need and you'll be able to jump right in. The first time you queue with 2 bards/blms with +1 in WP or AK will definitely be good times! Best of luck!
