Problem with quest turn in ("Footprints in the snow" lvl 44 Mn Scenario)

I completed the quest.

I interacted with the appropriate NPCs in addition to tracking footprints in the snow. Now I am told to meet with Wedge/Cid @ Monument Tower, yet when I attempt to turn in to Abelie, nothing happens.

I saw others experiencing the same issues throughout the day.

Also having this issue on Odin, as of 13:30 GMT today (17.11.2013). Same details as above, but bugged as a 45 Summoner / Scholar. Seen various other people of different classes also standing around unable to complete. Haven't seen anyone able to do so yet.
