Hello. I've recently been getting an increased frequency of game crashes, and load time for characters, NPC, and monsters have also been increasing, so I decided to uninstall the game to do a fresh install as an attempt to troubleshoot the problem (zero expectancy of any help from the CS section, despite submitted ticket). After I uninstalled the game, I ran into the problem of not being able to find anywhere to download and install the game without buying it again. My Mog Station recognizes me having a Collector's Edition copy, but doesn't offer me a download method. Anyone have any pointers for this?
