How To Deal With The Over Zealous BLM(Low Lvl Tanking)

Hey guys, new to tanking in this game. I've been progressing pretty well with my GLD. Only times I ever have issues holding hate is when a BLM, sorry to pick on you, decides to use Fire 2 on pulls. I just turned lvl 21 and I'm pretty efficient at keeping aggro except when the BLM decides to go nuke happy. Sometimes I can get hate back with a flash or 2 but since they keep using fire 2, I end up losing hate on the adds again. What can I do to combat this? I've even told them to tone down their AOE nuking, its not like we're doing a WP SR, its Copper Mines, or Hatalia for crying out loud. Anywho, any advice would be great. I was thinking of just letting them die next time lol.

If asking them to tone down their opener fails, you could just let them die until they get the hint.

In the low instances, any job can tank, sometimes better than a newbie gld/mrd.

You're not far from Haukke (28) and Brayflox (32). Most asinine dps learn to behave when they hit those dungeons.

As a healer, I wouldn't heal them. A dead DPS generates 0 aggro.

I have a rule. If you're the healer, I'll snag hate back off of you. If you're a DPS, I say if you wanted to tank the monster so bad, then by all means do so.
