Midgard Orphanage - Open Recruitment!

Background

Midgard Orphanage was founded a month ago by players spanning many different servers. Individually, quite a few of us were playing alone. Some had been bouncing from FC to FC. Other experiences with past groups turned out to be too hardcore, too casual, too exclusive, or too specific. In an attempt to strike a balance, we came together and have since had a wonderfully pleasant time. For total strangers to just spontaneously say, "Hey, let's make an FC!", it's certainly turned out to be an excellent roll of the dice.

Who we're looking for.

From the start, we struck out to unite wandering adventurers who were looking for a new start to enjoy all aspects of Eorzea. You could be a super hardcore raider type or the kind that only has time to log on and craft. So long as it's your desire to enjoy your time here with others, we'd be ecstatic to have you. The quality of players we attracted thus far has been incredible and we all feel that we have created something really unique.

Coil!

At this point, we have two teams currently in the process of forming up and attempting coil. Details are currently being worked out as predicaments settle with certain team members. Schedules and roles permitting though, we have nearly enough members to run a third team. For those curious of job availability, we seem to be high on healers and in need of melee damage. A tank or two would garner little complaints either!

Website and Information

We currently use Mumble for our voice chat. A typical evening so far usually has 20-25 members online with 15 using the chat-- more or less, given whether or not members are running dungeons together. Total member count is currently in the 60s.
