Steps:
1. I play PC on my television as a 2nd monitor. It turned off due to a Power Save option. When I turn the TV on while the PC is on, the graphics flicker to the TV turning on.
2. FFXIV was active when the TV was off. When turned back on, FFXIV created these issue. Stretched polygons and cut-off textures.
