Watching your threat, does not mean "don't do anything for 4 seconds and then unload" you should CONSTANTLY be watching, you should be aware of how much a single ability is going to make that bar tick up. If you're being a good DPS and watching it, you will NOT use that Fire II when you're close to pulling.
