How about those DPS tools that keep withdrawing over and over? I'm short a dps for a few dungeon runs and dbags love to afk while waiting for the queue to pop. That is annoying. Personally I think everyone sucks.

They should just do away with the option all together I think.
With the very strict instance timers on this game (and they are strict, I don't care what anyone says) it's basically a waste of time to join a group already in progress. 99% of the time you are probably going to lose due to a time out. There just isn't enough time allotted to replace members. Especially if that member was a tank.

This. I've failed one dungeon run in my entire time playing and it was a bad AV group that couldn't grasp the final boss. With lengthy AFKs I've not taken more than an hour to finish a dungeon via DF in this game. You have 90mins. Don't be that guy.
Because people would have to put in the effort to get the rewards?Not a good idea, because then no one would join parties in progress (since rewards would suck) meaning tanks or healers would just leave if party sucks and the remaining players inside would be screwed and had to leave too... with 20+ min waiting on DF to pop up again... so your solution would bring another diferent problem. The best solution was one i read in this thread already... put PiP in a diferent spot of the "new" dungeon.
