Lightning Strikes armor question.

I couldn't find an answer so I thought I would ask here:

Will it be possible to obtain both Snow and Lightning's equipment on one character?

My concern is obtaining one set but further down the road but then I'll use my phantasia potion, change sexes and will be out of luck. I know that the event will happen again in February but I do not know if the quests will reset as well (allowing you to get the gear again). If we could buy the set with the otherworldly packages through the vendor, then at least those who want both sets will have to put some (more) effort into it.

I believe the answer is no. At least right now it is. Since you can only do the quest once per character and your quest reward is automatically listed when you accept the quest based on whether your character is a Male or Female. You can't change that.

Now, you may have a Fantasia potion or two. You can change your sex with that.. ...but you can't change the quest reward. If you get it as a female, the reward stays the female only reward and viceversa.

When they do the event again for the NA release of Lightning Returns, then technically (maybe) if you use the character change potion to alter your sex, you could possibly get both sets.. however, only one will be wearable depending on your sex.

So that begs the question, why would you want both?

Just for the sake of completion, I guess. I've been tempted to use my phantasia potion lately so this may be a deciding factor for me.

I just find it weird that in the Summer event, you are able to buy both types of suits but now we're limited to one set.

Why not make an alt of the opposite sex and level them up if you want to have both sets?

Making a second character is a way to get both sets but that's not really what I am asking. I am only wondering if it is or will be possible to obtain both sets of gear on one character. That, or have some way of exchanging Lightning's for Snow's or vica versa.

This has been answered many times on the last few days :-/ and the answer is no. No you can't atm.
