    No SE team member is going to reply to you with "try doing this or that".
    If you post here, accept that players will try to help you in a way or the other. Otherwise just send a ticket and wait in the limbo.
    And yes, it's something on your PC, not the launcher that thousands of people are using with no issue.
    People reported adware/malware on their PC, firewall, DNS issues, windows updates that caused this.
