This did the trick!This is how I got the issue fixed.
The launcher uses IExplorer, so I thought to myself that is could be adware that was attached to my browser that was causing the issue. So the first thing I did was upgraded the browser so that it would be reset to it's default setting... I tried the launcher again, and this time I got a different error.
My next thought was maybe I had some freeware that slipped past me while installing other freeware.. Ya know, like special offer or trial versions of other software... So I popped open my control panel and headed to uninstall programs and modified my list to most recent changes. I found 2 programs that were installed that I had no clue what they were there for.

So once I uninstalled both of those I kicked on the launcher and boom it worked.
